Mango and Melon Smoothie Ice Pops
Serves: 4
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large wedge sweet melon, peeled and cubed
  • 4 – 6 mint leaves, washed
  • 65 ml (¼ cup) fresh squeezed orange juice
  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Fill silicone ice pop moulds, leaving a space at the top to insert the lids.
  3. Seal and freeze until needed.
  4. Alternatively, serve immediately over crushed ice.
